Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to any country via FEDEX. All packages ship from Atlanta, GA. International clients are responsible for all customs or import duties. Please check with your local custom authority to determine the amount of duties for your printing project shipment. If you prefer to use your local carrier, we can ship your order to an US address as well.

Can you print bilingual invitations & cards?
Yes, we can print in different languages. Also, if you speak Spanish, I'm native of the Dominican Republic.

How many pieces should I order?
There is a minimmun order of 25 for each letterpress item. For wedding suites/packages order some extra pieces to allow for last minute additions to your guest list. It's much less expensive to order additional invitation sets on your initial order than to pay for a second press run and additional shipping cost.

Can I include a design/image on my stationery?
Yes, we accept any black & white line art/vector art file. Please convert your artwork to curves/outlines and save it in .PDF format. Make sure you send only original artworks/images. We can't print images that come from other websites/owners due to copyright issues. Also, please avoid any bitmapped (pixelated) image, since they won't print crisp.

Do you offer rush service?
Rush orders are accepted if my schedule allows. A 25% rush fee is applied to the order total.

Will the color of my stationery look the same as it does on my computer screen?
Monitor calibration vary from one computer to another and colors may look different in print. If you need to match a particular color, please specify the Pantone color number you'd like to use and I'll match the lettepress ink as closely as possible.

Do you have samples?
Yes, we can send you a sample pack with a selection of some of our cards. Sample pack is $25.00 (shipping is included). If you decide to work with us, this amount will be applied towards your order.
